We believe this constitutes fair use under copyright laws, and we make efforts to: - Properly attribute original sources when possible - Provide links to original websites when available - Respect takedown requests from copyright holders ### 4.3 User Collections and Bookmarks - Users can create collections for bookmarking and organizing designs on the platform. - You retain all rights in any collections you create on or through the Service. - By creating collections on the Service, you grant Design Vault a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your collection data in any existing or future media. ## 5. Subscriptions and Payments ### 5.1 Subscription Options Design Vault offers both free and premium subscription options: - Free accounts have access to basic features and display advertisements - Premium subscriptions provide enhanced features and an ad-free experience ### 5.2 Billing and Cancellation - Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan - You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings - No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods - We reserve the right to change subscription fees upon reasonable notice ## 6.
